Joe Budka is a dedicated real estate investment professional with over 8 years of experience in commercial, multifamily and residential sales. Joe formerly worked at Marcus and Millichap and Newmark Cornish and Carey representing buyers and sellers of apartment and net-leased investment properties. He has closed over $120 million in transaction volume to date. Prior to commercial brokerage, Joe co-founded a hard-money syndicate with his brother Alex, closing 63 loans in 4 years.

He earned his B.S. in Business with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from San Jose State University, where he also served as the President of the Banking and Investment Association.

Joe spends his spare time enjoying the company of his girlfriend, friends and family, and backpacking and fishing all over the country.
